
THE GALLERY is a two building mixed use development. The North Main building will contain 213 underground parking spaces with entrance on North Main, 11 surface parking spaces, first floor retail, a two story entrance mezzanine with 24 hour Concierge service, second floor office, and 101 Condominium Units located on the third through the eleventh floor. Outstanding architecture by Hobbs + Black and ambitious public art contribution by the Developer round out the Project amenities. The Project is positioned as an upper end luxury urban condominium Project with four distinct condominium products and a standard upper end amenity package. The condominium products include third and fourth floor true loft type units with exposed ceilings; fifth through seventh floor luxury flats; eighth and ninth floor building penthouses; and tenth and eleventh floor tower penthouses. The Fourth Avenue building will be a four story building with 18 architectural open loft plan Units for lease on three floors and retail for lease on the first floor. Pre-sales marketing is currently under way for the Main Street building. Construction for the Main Street building is anticipated to commence in June of 2007 with a construction time of 70 weeks.
